These terms govern your use of CLP Label Element Checker (https://clp.sellerguardrails.com), a free informational tool operated by José Manuel Volante González (see the legal notice for full service-provider identification).

Access

The site is provided free of charge and as-is for informational use. There is no account, no registration, no subscription and no fee of any kind. Access may be modified, suspended or withdrawn at any time without prior notice.

Nature of the service

The tool resolves the required CLP label elements (pictograms, signal word, H/P statements, language stack and label/pictogram dimensions) for a product shipped to the EU, citing Reg (EC) 1272/2008. It does not perform CLP classification: you supply the hazard class and category codes already determined. The output is indicative and does not constitute binding professional advice. The resolved spec must be reviewed by a qualified person before label artwork sign-off. Data may become outdated between updates; verify against official sources and the cited Annexes/articles.

Acceptable use

You agree to use the site lawfully and not to:

• use it to violate any law or third-party rights;
• attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or circumvent its operation;
• present the output as your own professional certification.

Intellectual property

All content, datasets and design are owned by the operator unless otherwise attributed. You may quote short excerpts with attribution. Third-party trademarks mentioned belong to their respective owners.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the operator accepts no liability for decisions made solely on the basis of the site's output, nor for indirect or consequential damages. Mandatory consumer-protection rights are unaffected.

Changes and governing law
